Nova Boxer Adult Female for sale in Marietta, Georgia

Nova's story
Nova faced a bleak future at her former home so a smooth-talking rescuer convinced the owner Nova would be better off in a home we find for her. So we took Nova and her six adorable pups into our program. She's a loving and lovable dog who'll make a great friend to people of any age. She's always got the cutest, innocent expression on her face. Come meet her to see for yourself!
Nova weighs around 50 lbs and was probably born around September 2014.
Nova currently has heartworms which aren't contagious - you and other animals will not contract heartworms from her. They're curable when caught early and show no outward symptoms except in advanced cases (coughing). Heartworms are caused by mosquitoes and are all too common here in the south but are completely preventable with an inexpensive monthly pill. Nova is taking a monthly pill (which we'll pay for) until a blood test (which we'll also pay for) shows he's rid of them. This could take 6 months to over a year. We've had many happy adopters who've rescued a heartworm-positive dog. Speak to your vet if you need more feedback.
